Rules & Acceptable Use

GlobalDeal is a free company database that anyone can use and many people help keep up to date. These rules keep it accurate, fair and safe. Breaking them can lead to removed content, tighter limits or a suspended account.

Search, save and export company data for your own work — research, sourcing, sales or finding partners.

Do not sell the data, redistribute it in bulk, or use it to build a competing database or service.

Do not crawl, scrape or bulk-download the site with bots or scripts, and do not try to get around export, search or rate limits. Use the search, projects and export features instead.

If you use the data to reach out to companies, follow the anti-spam and data protection laws that apply to you.

Only add real businesses. Every detail must be correct and checkable on the company's website or other public sources.

Do not submit personal details about private individuals — no private phone numbers, personal email addresses or home addresses.

Upload only the company's own logo. Uploaded logos are reviewed before they appear.

AI checks each contribution against the company website. Clear matches are published right away, doubtful ones go to a person, and junk is rejected. We may edit, revert or reject any contribution, and we keep a record of who submitted what.

Sign up with any email and password, or with Google. You must be 18 or older. Keep your login details to yourself.

Do not impersonate another person or company, and do not create extra accounts to get around limits or a suspension.

Exports, AI web searches (10 per month) and new submissions have limits so the service stays free for everyone. Rate limits apply to forms and the API.

Do not use GlobalDeal for fraud, scams, phishing or any other deception, and do not submit false or misleading company information.

Do not try to access other users' accounts, bypass security measures or interfere with the site's infrastructure or performance. Report vulnerabilities as described on our Security page.

Do not submit content that is illegal, defamatory or infringes someone else's rights, and do not use GlobalDeal in breach of sanctions or export control laws.

Do not use bots, scripts or automated tools to submit contributions, create accounts or extract data.

Open the company page and press "Suggest an edit", or use the pencil icon in the list.

Tell us through the request form at globaldeal.app/request. Include the page link and explain what is wrong and why.

We review every report, tell you what we decided and why, and you can appeal within 30 days through the same form.

For minor problems we fix or remove the content and may warn you. Repeated or serious violations lead to tighter limits, suspension or account removal.

Fraud, scraping, security attacks and illegal content can lead to immediate suspension without prior warning.

If we remove your content or restrict your account, we tell you why. You can appeal within 30 days through the request form at globaldeal.app/request.
