Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page adds to our
Privacy Notice for residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws.
1. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
GlobalDeal does not sell personal information, as "sell" is defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and other US state privacy laws.
2. We Do Not Share It for Advertising
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we use no advertising cookies.
3. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing and as refusing analytics cookies.

We get this information from you, from your browser, from Google if you use Google sign-in, and from Stripe if you donate. We disclose it only to the service providers listed in our
Privacy Notice, for the purposes above. We use sensitive personal information only to provide the service.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to:
- Know / access — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- Delete — your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct — inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale and sharing — we do neither, but you can still send this request.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — we already use it only to provide the service.
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
- Appeal — if we decline your request.
6. How to Make a Request
- Online: use the request form at /request.
- Verification: we confirm your identity by email, using the address on your account or in your request.
- Authorised agents: an agent can make a request for you with your written permission. We may ask you to confirm your identity directly.
- Timing: we respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we can extend this by another 45 days and will tell you why.
- Appeal: if we decline your request, you can appeal through the same form. We will answer in writing within the time your state's law requires. If you disagree with the result, you can contact your state Attorney General.

We offer no financial incentives for personal information. GlobalDeal is free for everyone; donations are voluntary and buy nothing.
