globaldeal.app is run by GlobalDeal Inc. It is a free database of company profiles, funded by voluntary donations.

2. Point of Contact (EU Digital Services Act)

Our single point of contact for authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and users is info@globaldeal.app or the request form at /request. Please write in English.

3. Reporting Illegal Content

To report content you believe is illegal, use the request form at /request, or "Suggest an edit" on the company page if the information is simply wrong. How we handle reports, our decisions and appeals is described in our Terms of Service (section 7).

4. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on GlobalDeal infringes your copyright, send a complaint through the request form at /request. Please include:
  • The work you believe is infringed.
  • The page link and the material on it that you believe infringes.
  • Your name and how we can reach you.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised.
  • A statement that your complaint is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
We review complaints and may remove or disable the material. We will tell the person who submitted it where appropriate.

5. Trademarks and Company Logos

The GlobalDeal name and logo are ours. Company names, logos and trademarks shown on company profiles belong to their owners and are shown only to identify those companies. This does not mean that any company endorses or is connected with GlobalDeal. If you own a logo and want it changed or removed, use "Suggest an edit" on the company page or the request form at /request.
