- General questions: we are a small team and usually reply within 3 business days.
- Security reports: within 5 business days.
- Data & privacy requests: within one month under the GDPR (extendable by two months for complex requests), or 45 days under US state privacy laws.
- Company data corrections: clear matches with the company website are published right away; others are checked by a person.
- Appeals: you can appeal our decision on a report, a contribution or your account within 30 days.
