About Original Six Foundation
The Original Six Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to supporting youth hockey programs and initiatives across North America. Founded by the six original teams of the National Hockey League (NHL), the foundation aims to promote the sport of hockey and provide opportunities for young athletes to engage in the game. Through various programs, grants, and partnerships, the foundation works to ensure that hockey remains accessible to all youth, regardless of their background or financial situation. The organization also focuses on fostering a love for the game, encouraging teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among young players. By collaborating with local hockey associations and community organizations, the Original Six Foundation strives to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes and help them develop both on and off the ice.
