About The On-Line Encyclopedia Of Integer Sequences
The On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences (OEIS) is a comprehensive database of integer sequences, which serves as a valuable resource for mathematicians, researchers, and enthusiasts. Founded in 1964 by Neil J. A. Sloane, the OEIS has grown to include over 350,000 sequences, each accompanied by references, formulas, and links to related sequences. The OEIS is maintained by a community of contributors and is widely used in the fields of mathematics, computer science, and related disciplines. It provides tools for searching sequences, submitting new sequences, and exploring the relationships between them. The OEIS is a non-profit organization, relying on donations and grants to support its operations and development.
