About Equine Assisted Coaching Association
The Equine Assisted Coaching Association (EACA) is dedicated to promoting the use of equine-assisted coaching as a transformative approach to personal and professional development. By integrating horses into coaching practices, EACA aims to enhance emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and personal growth for individuals and teams. The association provides resources, training, and certification for coaches interested in incorporating equine interactions into their methodologies. EACA also fosters a community of practitioners who share best practices and support one another in their professional journeys. Through workshops, seminars, and networking events, the association emphasizes the therapeutic benefits of working with horses and the unique insights they can provide in coaching contexts.
