About Swiss Armed Forces

The Swiss Armed Forces are the military forces of Switzerland, responsible for the defense of the country and its interests. They consist of a land force, air force, and various support units. The Swiss military is known for its unique conscription system, where all able-bodied male citizens are required to serve in the military for a period of time, followed by reserve duties. The Swiss Armed Forces also engage in international peacekeeping missions and humanitarian assistance. They emphasize a strong commitment to neutrality and are equipped with modern technology and training to ensure national security.
