About Opensourceseeds
Opensourceseeds is a non-profit organization focused on the development and distribution of open-source seeds. The organization aims to promote biodiversity and sustainable agriculture by providing farmers and gardeners with access to a wide variety of seeds that can be freely used, shared, and adapted. By fostering a community around open-source principles, Opensourceseeds supports the idea that seeds should be a common heritage, accessible to all, and not restricted by patents or proprietary rights. The organization engages in various initiatives, including seed breeding, educational programs, and collaborations with other agricultural and environmental organizations to enhance the availability of open-source seeds.
