About Ruforum Network
The Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM) is a consortium of African universities that aims to enhance the quality of higher education in agriculture and related fields. Established to address the challenges of food security and sustainable development in Africa, RUFORUM focuses on strengthening the capacity of universities to produce skilled graduates and conduct relevant research. The network facilitates collaboration among member universities, promotes innovative teaching and learning approaches, and engages in policy advocacy to influence agricultural education and research. RUFORUM also supports initiatives that enhance the employability of graduates and foster partnerships with industry stakeholders to bridge the gap between academia and practice.
