About Demilich
Demilich is a Finnish death metal band formed in 1990, known for their unique sound that blends complex song structures with intricate guitar work and deep growling vocals. The band gained a cult following in the underground metal scene, particularly for their 1993 album 'Nespithe', which is often cited as a classic in the genre. After disbanding in 1993, they reunited in 2014 and have since performed at various metal festivals, continuing to influence new generations of musicians. Their music is characterized by its technical proficiency and surreal lyrical themes, often exploring abstract and philosophical concepts.
