About Will Aid
Will Aid is a charitable initiative that encourages individuals to create a will while supporting various charities. Established in 1988, Will Aid partners with solicitors across the UK to offer will-writing services during the month of November. The program allows individuals to have their wills drafted by participating solicitors, who waive their usual fees in exchange for a donation to the Will Aid charities. The funds raised are distributed among nine partner charities, including ActionAid, Age UK, and the British Red Cross. Will Aid aims to promote the importance of will-making and ensure that individuals' wishes are honored after their passing, while also contributing to vital charitable causes. The initiative has raised millions of pounds for charity and has helped thousands of people create legally binding wills.
