About Ark Encounter
Ark Encounter is a Christian theme park located in Williamstown, Kentucky, that features a full-size replica of Noah's Ark. The park is operated by Answers in Genesis, a Christian apologetics organization. Opened in July 2016, Ark Encounter aims to provide an educational experience that emphasizes the biblical account of Noah's Ark and the Flood. The attraction includes exhibits that explore the history and significance of the Ark, as well as the life of Noah and the animals that were aboard. Visitors can engage with various interactive displays, attend live presentations, and explore the surrounding grounds, which also feature a zoo and other attractions. The park is designed to promote a biblical worldview and is a popular destination for families and church groups.
